2009 / 2010 Membership Application Form

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Concerning the 2009-2010 Curling Season

This year we will be holding registration night on Wednesday, May 13th, once again coinciding with the Annual General Meeting. 

At this time, a deposit must be made for two members' dues and an application filled out for as much of the team as you can. This deposit guarantees your spot for the coming season.

After May 13th, any open spots will be granted on a first come first serve basis. An application and a meeting notice will be mailed to you about a month prior to the meeting.

Fees for the 2009/2010 curling season will be as follows:

Associate &  clubhouse                                             $70.00  (select assoc as membership type on new form)

Original applications, complete with signatures of all team members must be delivered in person to the club or mailed to the address below.
