We’re always working behind the scenes to make our club a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place for both athletes and visitors! 🥌 With our Capital Improvement Fee, we’ve been able to make some big changes around our club this year!
For those who are wanting clarity on what a Capital Improvement Fee is, it’s a fee dedicated entirely to upgrades and long-term improvements that enhance your experience at SVCC. This year, it covered 17% of our capital expenditures from May 1, 2025 to present.
Thanks to this fee, we’ve completed several important upgrades, including our lounge renovation, a new dishwasher and lounge refrigerator, new hacks on our sheets, improved sheet-end areas, and a new security system.
We’re excited and always looking forward towards the future of SVCC and how the maintenance and upgrades will continue to allow us to provide an excellent curling facility in Manitoba!
